Background:
A native of Michigan, Matt first moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder. Upon graduating, Matt came to Summit County to pursue a career in real estate and enjoy the mountain lifestyle. He is an avid snowboarder who also enjoys camping, hiking, rafting, and mountain biking. His enthusiasm for the outdoor lifestyle is reflected in his commitment to serving his clients, and helping them buy or sell their own little piece of the mountains.
Matt started his real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator, where he learned the fundamentals of the industry from the ground up. He has facilitated a wide variety of transactions, including 1031 exchanges, development rights, and shared interest properties. Matt’s intimate knowledge of the closing process will mean you are exceptionally well taken care of, from the beginning to the end of your real estate transaction.
