As part of keeping up with the Keystone real estate market, every year we attend the "COO Breakfast" in October. This is a really fun and informative event, where the Summit County ski resort COO's each give a presentation on what is going on at their resort for the upcoming ski season. There is usually also an update from an expert analyst for the Summit County ski industry as a whole. We always get a lot of great info!

Even if you don't already own Summit County real estate, if you plan to ski in the area this winter you'll want to take advantage of the great ski pass deals available.
Be in the know and don't buy individual lift tickets - do what most Front Rangers and owners of Breckenridge homes, Keystone condos and other locals do - get a pass. It's worth it. Skiers and snowboarders who spend more than a few days at the many ski resorts in Summit and Eagle Counties will benefit from the amazing deals that are on offer.

In addition to the new River Run Gondola that made its debut in the 08-09 ski season at Keystone Resort, this year (09-10) skiers will get to enjoy the newly completed skier bridge across the Snake River into River Run Village. This will be a great improvement both to the skier experience and ultimately Keystone real estate values.

If you already own Summit County real estate, you know that one of the best things about Summit County during ski season is waking up and seeing who's got the most snow. If you are staying anywhere in our area you are 15 minutes at the very most from the nearest ski resort and 30 minutes or less from four more PLUS Vail and Beavercreek. We've got options!
