Keystone CO Real Estate - Top Deals December 2011

Keystone properties are definitely a good value in the Summit County market right now.  Often you can get a place in Keystone that is a similar price to the other areas but being in the resort allows for super easy access to the slopes plus higher rental potential.  Even if the dues are higher, often the extra rental income can offset that cost.
