3 - Hamilton Creek Single Family Home ($785,000/6BR/5.5BA/5980sqft) It really would be impossible to build this home again for this price, and there are not many locations like this available. The views in Hamilton Creek are unmatched and it truly is breathtaking. This is another bank-owned and so it would again be as-is, but with this location it would be worth considering even if it needs some repairs or upgrades, since you'd be getting it at such a discount.
