Jackpine and Blackbear Lodge are located steps from the River Run Gondola in River Run Village at Keystone Resort.  Jackpine and Blackbear Lodge were the first buildings built offering real estate River Run.  The location of these buildings is great, closest to the Gondola, and the condo units available in these buildings are the largest and most unique condos in River Run.  The only negative for these buildings has been their lack of attractive amenities.  In 2006 the association decided to embark on a Capital Improvement plan to address the quantity and quality of the amenities available at Jackpine and Blackbear Lodge.

With the resort opening last weekend and snow in the forecast, spirits are high around Keystone Resort!  The end of the summer selling season delivered Keystone's best month of sales since November 2007.  Last month in Keystone there were 27 closings for a total volume of $17,412,050, which was 5 times the average of all other months in 2009 and more than double the average for all months in 2008!  With 7 properties sold so far this month and 18 currently under contract, November's transactions will likely be on par with October's.
